The Minnesota Twins enter the season as a dark horse as they have added some new pieces and have a make-up to advance to the playoffs. Twins went 78-84 (82.5 was the over/under last season). The Indians, of course, won the AL Central last year, but the Indians will not be as solid as they are last year with the pieces they lost. The Twins made some additions in the off season. They added the 8th best HR hitter, Nelson Cruz, from the Mariners and he looks to have another solid season. Johnathon Schoop was traded from Baltimore to Milwaukee last year, and looks to have an all-star season as he did in 2017. He are some odds headed into the season.
My favorite bet for the Twins this year- I have a few! And I am higher on this team than most are it seems. The Twins will make a run for this the AL Central crown and the Indians will have to be careful because this team has to make-up, on paper, to make the playoffs. They will need Berrios, Gibson & Odorizzi to have strong appearances on the mound this year.
